Who We Are

We are New England’s premier European automotive facility servicing everything from daily drivers to seasonal sports cars.  From factory-scheduled maintenance and repair, to customization, paint protection and detailing, all of your automotive needs will be seamlessly met in our facility.  Our customer-centric experience will reset your belief in the car repair industry, and set the standard for all of your visits to our shop.  We are proud to specialize in European marques including, but not limited to Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Volkswagen.

The Evolution of Our Shop

Zaks Auto opened its doors in 2008 when Zak committed to opening his own company after working in the industry for over a decade.  After a small, but successful start in his home garage Zak was able to move the business to small 2-bay facility well of the beaten path for two years.  The next step was larger 4-bay facility with an actual office and waiting room where we remained for four more years.  After out-growing that space, the opportunity came in 2016 to purchase our current location at 24 Hampshire Dr. We are incredibly proud of our 12,000-sqaure foot facility, complete with 12 bays, in-ground alignment rack, precision road force balancer, and a full-service detailing department.

Repair Shop Amenities

We designed our shop with the intention of serving our customers and all of their vehicle needs in one convenient spot.  Aside from being right off the highway and just over the Massachusetts border, we provide a fully digital experience for viewing, approving and paying for all work we perform.  We have always wanted our customers to feel comfortable here, which is the reason behind our large comfortable waiting area with streaming services, a large laptop bar, free Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks at our coffee bar and charging stations for all types of electronics.
